As a board director for Jonathan’s Bay Association, a community in south Fort Myers, I was tasked with contracting a company to provide an entrance sign to our development. Since Jonathan’s Bay inception in 2006, there has never been an entrance sign. This sign not only had to provide an identity for the community, but alleviate a serious safety situation involving ingress and regress. In my search for a sign company, that involved many contacts with various companies, I felt very comfortable and secure in selecting Lee Designs. This was my first experience with ordering business signs.  I was anxious about the prospect of doing the job.  Since Corporate is in the process of logo replacement, I knew there would be hoops to jump through, which added to my anxiety.   Then there she was….A friend recommended Elisha White at Lee Designs.  I gave her a call and all my fears were instantly relieved.  Elisha was well acquainted with the logo replacement process and worked closely with us as we navigated the course.  From the site survey to the final installation, everything was completed in a timely and professional manner, on time and as promised.  We could not be happier with the service provided by all the folks at Lee Designs.

I recently purchased a business in Ft Myers Florida and was going through a lot of renovations.  One of those being getting new signs to reflect new ownership and a new name.  In 2.5 months I went through 3 sign companies, I was treated unprofessionally, received unprofessional work, and the work I did receive was consistently 2 weeks late and/or ignored.  Then I contacted Lee Designs and spoke with Mark Galloway.  I wish they were the 1st sign company I called!  Mark Galloway contacted me within 30 minutes of my initial request on their online form.  Within 24 hours he had already visited my location to see the work that needed to be done and had a quote that day.  Every step of the process with Mark Galloway and Lee Designs was professional, prompt, courteous, and professional, their prices are very competitive and they exceeded all of my expectations!  They complete the work when they say it will be completed, their installers are on time, and are also prompt, courteous and professional.  Phone calls and emails are returned promptly and they take great pride in their work and how they treat their customers.  I have worked with a lot of contractors in this area and have never experienced the service and support that I did from this company!  If you need any type of signs made, I strongly suggest you speak with Mark Galloway at Lee Designs, you WILL NOT be disappointed.  Do not waste your time with any other sign company!  This is the first and last company I will call when I need any type of signs made!  Much thanks to Mark Galloway and Lee Desings for exceeding all of my expectations!  My signs look AWESOME!
