I recently purchased a business in Ft Myers Florida and was going through a lot of renovations. One of those being getting new signs to reflect new ownership and a new name. In 2.5 months I went through 3 sign companies, I was treated unprofessionally, received unprofessional work, and the work I did receive was consistently 2 weeks late and/or ignored. Then I contacted Lee Designs and spoke with Mark Galloway. I wish they were the 1st sign company I called! Mark Galloway contacted me within 30 minutes of my initial request on their online form. Within 24 hours he had already visited my location to see the work that needed to be done and had a quote that day. Every step of the process with Mark Galloway and Lee Designs was professional, prompt, courteous, and professional, their prices are very competitive and they exceeded all of my expectations! They complete the work when they say it will be completed, their installers are on time, and are also prompt, courteous and professional. Phone calls and emails are returned promptly and they take great pride in their work and how they treat their customers. I have worked with a lot of contractors in this area and have never experienced the service and support that I did from this company! If you need any type of signs made, I strongly suggest you speak with Mark Galloway at Lee Designs, you WILL NOT be disappointed. Do not waste your time with any other sign company!
